"Not very fresh and light on toppings"
The toppings did not taste fresh, and there was barely any of them. The portions felt really small, so it was disappointing overall.

"Took longer than I expected"
My delivery took a lot longer than I thought it would, and by the time the food got here it was only lukewarm. I was kind of just sitting around hungry without much of an update, which was frustrating. I mean, I get that things get busy and delays happen, but it still wasn’t the best experience. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if the wait is usually that long.

"Pickup was okay, just a little slow"
I ordered through Knolla's Pizza for pickup, and the ordering part was simple. I mean, I started the order and, actually, it was easy enough to get everything in and checked out without any issues.

The pickup time they gave was close, but I did still have to wait a few minutes once I got there. The staff was fine and the food was ready shortly after, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as smooth or quick as I was hoping.

I checked out the menu and felt like I wasted my energy even looking. There were barely any choices, just the same few pizza options and not much else going on. Disappointing when you’re hoping to find something decent.

"My order was messed up again"
The pizza itself tasted okay, but my order was wrong again. I specifically asked for no onions and extra pepperoni, and somehow it showed up with onions and barely any pepperoni. One of my sides was missing too. I get that mistakes happen, but this has happened more than once now, so it’s starting to feel a little suspicious, especially when I’m paying extra for toppings and not actually getting them

"Service was okay, but the wait annoyed me"
I called customer service and it took longer than I had patience for to get someone to answer. Once I finally got through, the staff were nice enough and helped me out, but the delay was frustrating.

"That crust really stood out"
I’ll admit, I was mostly paying attention to the crust, and it was really good, crispy on the outside with just a bit of chew inside. The flavor was nice too, nothing too over-the-top, just solid overall

"Honestly, I expected more"
I’m sure it works for some people, and I’m totally calm about it, but it feels way too expensive for what you actually get. I just don’t think it’s worth the money.

"Pizza was just okay, honestly"
I was kind of waiting for it to impress me, but it never really did. The crust was decent and the cheese was fine, but the sauce was bland to me. Not terrible, just not something I’d be rushing to order again.
